Ian Temple

Ian began his career in the carpentry industry working for a Norfolk based hardwood conservatory company. Principally employed to work in the finishing department Ian quickly progressed to become one of the instrumental joiners and machinists working on the construction of bespoke conservatory projects.

Wishing to expand his experience Ian joined a large Norfolk building company as a bench joiner, working on hand made doors, windows and kitchens. After a decade within this role Ian took the decision to form IT Carpentry and became a self-employed joiner and carpenter, specialising in kitchen and bathroom fitting.

A well respected and local craftsman, Ian can bring his expertise and experience to your home.

Ian fitted our new kitchen for us in March 2022. We found him to be polite courteous very hard working and always cleaned up at the end of day, arriving on time each day and never let us down. It was a big project involving electricians, plumbers and plasterers that he helped us organise, and got the job done in the time frame that we had agreed. Having experienced various "tradespersons" over the last few years I was not prepared for the total breath of fresh air that Ian Temple brought with him. Ian installed my new kitchen in March 2022. Ian is very professional, helpful, organised and efficient. He delivered the work on schedule as planned and promised.
